You will receive a 3 megabyte file named "WIN31S.EXE", an MS-DOS executable program. Copy this program into an empty directory of your choice. From the MS-DOS prompt, change to that directory and type the command "WIN31S -d" to unpack all of the Forex Trader installation and program files into that directory. Using Windows 3.1 File Manager or Windows 95 My Computer, click on the file "README.WRI" for installation instructions.
