This three-story building was built in 1924 as The Eastwood Terrace Hotel and operated as a hotel until 1975. The original parcel of land was purchased by Henry A. DeLand in 1877 and has had 7 different owners, including the present owner, Robert J. Pupello. Ten guest rooms are currently available.
The delectable continental breakfast is beautifully presented in the spacious parlor beginning at 8am featuring croissants, bagels, assorted pastries, coffees, teas and juices. Afterwards, spend leisure time playing cards or board games.
