Our spacious 3-story home
has kept its character and charm of 1906 in the Historic District of
New Smyrna Beach, with its central fireplace, antique baby grand piano,
and intricate natural wood in every room. Watch the pelicans, dolphins,
sailboats and yachts along the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway from our
dock, our beautiful front room, our wrap-around porch, or your own
room. Surf, swim, fish, drive, or bicycle along our famous beach which
is only 2 miles away. Begin your day with a private therapeutic massage
in your room, and end your day with a sunset river cruise by sailboat.
The Night Swan has 8 guest rooms, including 4 suites that overlook the Indian River. Each room or suite has its own private bath. One suite is wheelchair accessible. A full breakfast is served in our dining room, or enjoy a continental breakfast in your room, on the porch or on your balcony. Low colesterol meals are our specialty. We also offer catered dinners for 1 to 4 couples. Bring your friends and enjoy a relaxing evening of gourmet food in a beautiful riverside setting.
We are located between Daytona Beach and Cape Canaveral, on the west side of the Indian River. Look just north of Marker 42 for our 140 foot dock if you are traveling by the Intracoastal Waterway (we provide free small boat dockage for our guests). We also provide shuttle service to and from the New Smyrna Beach Airport and the marina.
ROOMS: Four guest rooms and four suites, each with queen or king bed and private bath. Children in the company of thoughtful parents welcome, no pets or smoking.
RATES: $59-$129 per night, double occupancy, plus tax. 5-day discount plan. Travelers checks, personal checks, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express are accepted. Check in time is 2:00-9:00 pm; check out time is 11 am.
DIRECTIONS: From I-95, take Exit 44 east on Rt 44. Turn right on Live Oak St. Turn left on Anderson St. Turn left on S Riverside. Night Swan is immediately on your left.
