The Herlong Mansion began as a humble "cracker style" house in the
1840s and was expanded in 1910 to a 3-story brick Greek revival house
with 4 white Corinthian columns. There are now 10 magnificent guest
rooms in the house and 2 cottages. A full breakfast is served each
morning. Conveniently located just 12 miles south of Gainesville in
Florida's oldest inland town.
