Glenn, Sir Edmund Hillary, Tenzing Norkay and other famous explorers.
The menu features a variety of international and American regional
specialties such as fresh sushi appetizer with soy, wasabi and pickled
ginger, snapper fillet with saffron ginger in sesame-seed broth and bok
choy, and veal chop with sun-dried tomatoes, pine nuts, calamata olives
and mascarpone cheese. Jacket and tie for gentlemen.
