Little Greenbrier Lodge is perched on a mountainside overlooking Wears
Valley, just 150 yards from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and
the main hiking trails. With its antique Victorian furniture and
gorgeous views, the character of the lodge is so charming that many
guests hate to leave.
The lodge has 10 guest rooms, 8 with private bath and 2 with shared bath. The view of the valley provides a perfect backdrop for the delicious full country breakfast ranging from Susan's Spinach n Eggs Greenbrier to Stuffed French Toast with bacon or sausage, and, of course, everyone's favorite Biscuit n Gravy, all served with fresh fruit, muffins, hashbrowns or cheese grits, fresh coffee and orange juice.
The mountain foliage creates a dazzling array of colors. The dogwoods and azaleas are generally in bloom about April 20, domestic rhododendrons around May 20, forest rhododendron about June 20, and the grandest of all, our fall coverlet on October 20, give or take a few days. After a long day hike, sit on the balcony or porch and enjoy Greenbrier Lemonaide or Spiced Iced Tea.
Away from busy traffic areas, but still close to Gatlinburg, Dollywood and Pigeon Forge, Little Greenbrier Lodge provides you with peace, quiet and privacy. Y'all come see us and enjoy true southern hospitality.
