This Dutch Colonial Country Home, nestled in the scenic valley of Leipers Fork, offers 4 theme suites. The Franklin suite is decorated with Confederate Civil War memorabilia and art that truly accents and magnifies a historical period of southern grace and charm. The Lodge suite is tastefully decorated with Native American artifacts and paintings to complement the warm and relaxing southwest color scheme.

The Bunkhouse suite provides a taste of the "Old West" with rough sawn lumber walls, massive log/rope bunkbeds, hand-crafted furnishings, clawfoot bath tub, and all the fixin's, including a complete cowboy video library. All suites feature queen-size bed, private bath, TV/VCR/radio, mini-fridge, coffee maker and phone. In addition to your spacious and comfortable accommodations, kick-back on any one of our mult-tier decks overlooking the "cowboy" rock garden and horses grazing in a beautiful valley setting backed by the scenic Tennessee hills, or soak in the all-season Hot Tub.

Historic Franklin, voted the best small town in Tennessee, is just 20 minutes away. In addition to one of the largest clusters of antique dealers in the country, you'll find daily tours of various Civil War homes, sites, cemeteries and battlefields. You can take the self-guided tour of Franklin's 15-block downtown Historical District or just enjoy the tranquility and peace of the picturesque town square surrounded by a variety of great little shops and unique eating establishments.

DIRECTIONS: On I-65 south from Nashville, take Exit 65. Drive west on Hwy 96 around Franklin and turn left onto Hwy 46 at the blinking yellow light. Drive 7.3 miles straight through Leipers Fork (DO NOT turn right at the Hwy 46/Natchez Trace Pkwy sign; drive straight ahead!) As you approach Namaste Acres, you'll see a yellow "Caution Horses" sign on the right, and then on the left you'll see flags-a-flying, our sign, a ranch-style entrance arch and a large cream colored house down in the valley.
