I'm happy with the luggage itself. I wish I'd have known or realized 28 in is considered over size. I figured since every company out there makes standard 28 in I was ok. I guess not.

Customer service is top notch!

I left a review.... love bags but zipper pull tabs breaking. But I did reach out to customer service and they are amazing! love that the bag is so unique that when it comes off the conveyor belt I know its MINE... I got several compliments on people liking the designs on bags. Planning on buying another set for my kids!

Love this set!

I have been looking for a nice luggage set for awhile. This is a nice looking set. It rolls nicely, zippers seem to work well. Haven’t traveled with them yet, but hope they hold up.
